Photocopy Operator operates high-volume copying, printing, and finishing equipment. Fulfills jobs for document duplication, printing, finishing, binding, lamination, and other processes. Being a Photocopy Operator sets up and maintains machines and inventory of supplies. Troubleshoots and resolves equipment problems. Additionally, Photocopy Operator performs quality checks on work in process and finished jobs to avoid errors or waste. Prepares finished documents for pick up or shipping. Records activities in applicable work order tracking systems and follows standard procedures. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Photocopy Operator works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.     Main tasks include:

    Telephone Operator
    • Responsible for answering all internal and external telephones calls from the public and hospital staff.
    • Callers are to be routed or paged per request to the Operator. At the request of the caller, the operator may need to unlock or reset a user’s computer, network, or application account password.
    • The Operators are to follow all established policies, procedures and verbal orders from immediate supervisor or lead operator.
    • Support the Hospitals organizational culture for Service Excellence Standards and practices the Service Excellence Standards to all internal and external customers. Must be dependable and able to work in a team environment.

    Qualifications:
    Qualifications
    • High School degree or equivalent.
    • Prior experience as telephone operator preferred.
    • Able to speak and write English Fluently
    • Ability to perform multiple tasks at a time.
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Effective communications skills both verbal and written.
    • Basic computer and keyboard skills
    • Demonstrates ability to understand process to reset and unlock user password accounts utilizing computer software.
