Being a Photocopy Operator sets up and maintains machines and inventory of supplies. Troubleshoots and resolves equipment problems. Additionally, Photocopy Operator performs quality checks on work in process and finished jobs to avoid errors or waste. Prepares finished documents for pick up or shipping. Records activities in applicable work order tracking systems and follows standard procedures. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Whether it is a concern with billing, a need for directions or a patient complaint, our switchboard team is well versed in getting you where you need to go. The Switchboard Operator directs incoming, outgoing and interoffice communications. Receives patients, visitors and vendors upon arrival to the hospital; attends to the main lobby and waiting area; directs volunteer activity with regard to transport and mailroom responsibilities.
