The off-shift Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing work teams in a fast paced, high volume, unionized, manufacturing environment. In the role, you will be responsible for ensuring team safety; building teams and training / allocating manpower; implementing continuous improvement solutions to improve product quality; and ensuring team morale.
