Position Summary/Goal:

• Be driven and detail-oriented to focus on appealing to consumers’ interests by creating engaging material. Ultimately promoting collaboration between departments to ensure consistency in our company’s output.

Essential Duties:

• Photograph all new, used, traded, and consignment units within 48 hours of arriving on Zoomers’ Lot.
• Edit images, adjust exposure, crop, and adjust the lighting of photos, as well as other various tasks to ensure that all of our photos are optimized for viewing.
• Make sure all units are properly located on Lot Metrix and relocate if needed.
• Audit the website for missing photos, pricing, and missing details weekly.
• Discuss with the Sales team and add Featured Units and Hot Deals to the website.
• Work with Clear Vision Media to schedule posts on social media & identify campaigns to push.
• Be creative and think outside of the box in creating online postings for social media and websites.
• Research local RV and camping areas, campsites, lakes, and other relative suggestions to reach the highest number of potential customers as possible. Develop a working relationship with those in charge of those areas to obtain the highest impact for visitors to know about and shop Zoomers RV.
• Be influential within advertising and social media to reflect the fun, energetic yet casual Zoomers culture.

Other Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualize your findings.
• Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
• Identify content/marketing opportunities to grow Zoomers.
• Other duties as assigned by management as needed.
• Achieve the overall goal of sales profitable for this and future years.

Requirements/Key Competencies:

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

• Strong listening and learning skills.
• Effectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals.
• Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Develop knowledge of all units to help customers understand unit features through visual content.
• Be creative, outgoing, great with people, and has experience in marketing and/or advertising.
• Proficiency and/or ability to learn software necessary for job duties.
• The employee must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
