PAY is

• $30k base
• Average commission of $3,300 a month in 2022
• No withholding commission
• Median pay is $65k in year 1
• Opportunity to quickly progress from Junior Rep to Associate Rep to Senior Rep (each level includes an increase in salary and an increase in commission percentage rate
• Bi-annual bonuses are also included for qualified reps
