JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for vault (ordering/inventory of materials, wastes), standards (creation, calibration), custom and color match along with new product introduction PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and train other team members on the following: Line standard calibration and creation. Processing (link between customer care and production) of custom colors, color matches and finish select. Obtain skill and backup the following: Match and generate formulas for the Custom colors and color match. Qualification and adjustment if necessary of materials used for plant masters. New color development and formulations. (Assist in formulation and application techniques for new color development) Wet retain generation New product testing to enhance our finishes JOB REQUIREMENTS: GED Chemical Knowledge – Preferred Background in Finishing Knowledge and use of Finishing related equipment/tools Extensive Knowledge of various Finishing systems/machines – Preferred Management Background- Preferred Ability to relate details to others to help learn and develop others Flexible Schedule Shift : 1st Pay: Starting at $24 per hour Our people are the life of this company.
