Photo Finishing Technician jobs in Corvallis, OR

Duties:
- Perform construction painting tasks, including preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a smooth finish
- Restore and renovate surfaces by removing old paint, repairing cracks and holes, and applying new coats of paint
- Use power tools and equipment such as sanders, scrapers, and brushes to complete painting projects
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to determine painting requirements
- Estimate materials and labor costs for painting projects
- Conduct drywall repairs and prepare surfaces for painting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proficient in construction painting techniques and methods
- Knowledge of power tools used in the painting process
- Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and construction plans
- Strong skills in construction estimating to accurately determine materials and labor costs
- Experience with airless paint spraying equipment for efficient and effective paint application
- Familiarity with drywall repairs and preparation for painting
- Ability to renovate and restore surfaces to a high standard of quality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean work environment

Hourly pay is firm on $18 per hour. please do not reply if you want more per hour. $18 per hour for first 3 months. After 3 months we will re-evaluate.
