Phlebotomist jobs in Arizona
Phlebotomist draws and collects blood samples from patients, verifies records and prepares specimens for laboratory analysis. May prick finger to draw blood. Being a Phlebotomist may conduct interviews, take vital signs, and draw and test blood samples to screen donors at blood bank. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Phlebotomist requires Certification by a nationally recognized body. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Phlebotomist's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Take vitals(height, weight, blood pressures readings & pulse)
Able to complete medical history questions, application packets, and other paperwork accurately.
Package specimens and drop off at Fed-Ex locationsQualifications:
Have 3 years of current phlebotomy experience.
Strong organizational skills
Must be willing to travel within a 20 mile radius
Interpersonal skills to interface with clients, management and office staff.
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and car insurance
Personal access to a cell phone, internet, printer, and computer.
Pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United StatesJob Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
