Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and perform cash reconciliations
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, including checkout area and restrooms
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cash handling or retail is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is desirable
- Knowledge of wireless sales is an advantage
- Professional phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries
