Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a File Clerk. As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and electronic files, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.

Responsibilities:
- Sort, categorize, and file documents in accordance with established filing systems
- Scan and upload documents into computerized databases a plus but not required.

- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Retrieve files upon request and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proficient in computer applications such as QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of office management procedures
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with proofreading techniques is a plus
- Previous experience as a file clerk or in an administrative role is preferred but not required
