Pharmacy Service Clerk jobs in Colorado
Pharmacy Service Clerk is responsible for performing daily, routine tasks in the pharmacy such as answering the phone, responding to customer requests, data entry, record maintenance, and other clerical duties. Follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner. Being a Pharmacy Service Clerk assists with stocking and inventory tasks. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Pharmacy Service Clerk typically reports to a supervisor. The Pharmacy Service Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. ? Answer door, greet and assist patients
? Organize stock and maintain inventory of shipping supplies
? Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
? Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
? Comply with all state and federal guidelines regarding medication labeling
? Maintains compliance with Company and HIPAA patient confidentiality requirements
? Consult with Pharmacist/Pharmacy Technician leader on duty
