Roles and Responsibilities

• Follow up calls to various entities.
• Prepare forms and applications.
• Record keeping.
• Supports the Compliance and Regulatory team by ensuring any tasks given are followed though.

• Proven ability to respond to change and demands by prioritizing and multi-tasking.
• Follow duties directed by management.
• Make phone calls, answer phones, take messages.
• Communicate professionally by phone and email.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Required Education and/or Training

• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
