The Information Systems Desktop Support Technician is responsible for installation, integration, of hardware (PC, network and telecommunications), software and applications at White Mountain Regional Medical Center (WMRMC). Through collaboration with all members of the health-care team, strives to support a patient centered culture and gain knowledge and skills to further the practice of the quality of patient services provided at WMRMC. Under the direction of the Director of Information Systems, applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to provide technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution.
This position is safety sensitive and subject to WMRMC's Drug & Alcohol Policy.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Experience
Must possess a basic knowledge of computer, networ, and telecommunications devices
1-year experience in Tier I or higher desktop and network administration/support; vendor or consultant experience may be appropriate

Exposure to hospital operations
