--Ensure data, network access, and systems are operational, secure, and compliant with company policies.--Design and implement systems, policies, and procedures aligned with department and company goals.--Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance IT infrastructure and support business goals.--Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's business needs through collaboration with department leaders.--Provide support and guidance to end users through the department help desk system.--Manage the IT budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness in line with company goals.--Liaise with technology vendors and service providers.--Ensure business continuity with a multi-level data backup strategy.--Identify problem areas, communicate solutions, and implement them promptly. - 6 Days Ago
