Correct Rx Pharmacy Services, Inc., a recognized leader in institutional pharmacy, is seeking a Director of Clinical Programs to lead our national clinical team of clinical pharmacists. The Director of Clinical Programs will operate out of our headquarters located in Hanover, Maryland. This position reports directly to our Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
Job Description
This position is client facing and will oversee and direct our bench strength of clinical pharmacists who provide innovative clinical services to clients located throughout the country. The candidate must have exceptional clinical, communication, analytical, collaboration and time management skills. Clinical initiatives include collaborating with other healthcare professionals, involvement in a wide range of patient directed pharmaceutical care and medication management initiatives for chronic care conditions including HIV, Hepatitis C and behavioral health. This position provides opportunities for professional growth and the ability to use clinical pharmacy skills at every level.
