Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. As a full time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Director of Pharmacy, you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team.
Schedule: This position will work full time 40 hours per week.
About the Facility: Oaklawn Hospital founded more than eight decades ago is a highly regarded independently owned regional health care organization, licensed for 77 acute care beds, offers over 35 specialties and operates a 17-bed inpatient psychiatric unit. Oaklawn Hospital is a not-for-profit hospital, with a main campus residing on the same site as the original hospital, providing facilities, equipment and technology that are usually only found at larger health systems.
