Ensures that pharmacy's patient and financial records are correctly input and maintained. Additionally, Pharmacist - Retail requires a doctorate degree in pharmacy (Pharm.D.). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: See License and Certification.
Experience: None
Knowledge and Skills: Competent to provide prescribed medications and drug information as needed to ensure adequate patient care according to professional standards/practices and hospital policy/procedures.
License and Certifications: Current, valid Pharmacist license to practice pharmacy in the state of California. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card.
Equipment: Computer; Equipment related to the compounding of pharmaceuticals.
Physical Requirements: Able to perform the essential physical duties as noted on the job description.
PAY RANGE
$58.35 - $87.53
