Job Overview
Partner pharmacist who works in coordination with the Pharmacy Manager on the overall pharmacy operation and models SJH's purpose with all activities and communication. The role of the pharmacist is responsible for: dispensing prescriptions and specialty medications; administering appropriate immunizations; ensuring compliance with 340b program; creating a great customer experience; continuing professional relations with medical providers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators; ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies and SJH policies; and maintaining a positive, attentive and knowledgeable professional image of the pharmacy department.
