About the job:

• PRN/Per Diem – Minimum of 4 weekend shifts required per month. We work around your schedule! After weekend requirements are met you will also have the option to pickup extra shifts.
• Weekend shifts are from 8 am-5 pm Saturdays and Sundays
• This role is compensated at a pay-per-unit rate of $70/unit
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.58/mile after the first 20 miles.
• Work with a team whose mission is to make a vital difference in the community by improving the health and quality of people's lives.
• We prefer applicants who have 1-2 years infusion experience, but we are also willing to train the right candidate.
• Work at your own pace providing quality care and education in patients' homes.
• Must be willing to travel within an assigned area in the valley. You will be compensated for mileage.

  Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with clients in a positive manner to schedule visit times
• Use your clinical IV experience to provide patients and caregivers education on safe administration of home IV therapies, to achieve independence with prescribed therapy in accordance with physician's plan of care
• Provide weekly central line care and lab draws while observing infection control practices and standard precautions
• Coordinate with supervisor, staffing and pharmacy staff to ensure patient is receiving care in accordance with physician plan of care
• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) programs
• Complete documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Current unrestricted RN licensed to practice in the state of Arizona
• Previous infusion and home health care experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexible schedule
• Possess Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Current CPR certification maintained through employment
• A TB test will be provided

Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $43.58 per hour
