  • D&H United Fueling Solutions, Inc., a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for energetic, hardworking, experienced Petroleum Service Technician in the Little Rock, AR area. The primary duties of a Service Technician are to perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs and maintenance on equipment (i.e., fuel dispensers), provide complete customer satisfaction in a polite and professional manner, and maintain excellent safety standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take daily directions from the Service Manager or Service Dispatcher on calls to be performed
    • Follow and abide by D&H United Fueling Solutions service call procedures
    • Respond to after-hours emergency service requests for "site down" or other priority situations in an on-call rotation
    • Meet response time parameters for repair types
    • Maintain a company furnished vehicle and inventory of repair parts
    • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, reporting any unsafe conditions
    • Completing online and class-room training courses, including regular re-certifications
    • Follow all customer protocols and procedures including customers safety and housekeeping guidelines when performing repairs at customer site
    • Communicate with warehouse personnel in order to verify inventory and replenish what is needed on truck

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • 1-year experience in petroleum related service, will provide training
    • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
    • Troubleshooting skills/logical problem-solving skills
    • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
    • Strong communication skills and customer relations skills
    • Basic computer skills
    • Good work ethic
    • Experience or Certification(s) in one or more of the following (preferred)

                       o   Gilbarco Dispenser

                       o   Wayne Dispenser

                       o   Gasboy Fleet 

                       o   Passport

                       o   Veeder Root

                       o   Verifone 

                       o   Journeyman Electrician

    Ability to:

    • Exhibit a professional demeanor, and develop customer relations and superior service
    • To frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted and work in a high traffic area
    • Work flexible hours
    • Work independently and as a member of a team
    • Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors)
    • Ability to safely operate personal hand tools
    • Ability to properly use a multi-meter
    • Pass a drug test and background check
