Requirements :
Should have experience in supervision / lead role or program management of a design group in automotive electrical components.
Should have or have skills in electrical design to include PCB layout, C programming, analog and digital design and tolls such as Microsoft project and minitab. Duties :
Supervise a group of Electrical / Electronic Design Development Engineers in reverse engineering of OEM automotive electronic components to produce aftermarket products.
This is complete management to include projects management, hiring of engineering staff, design reviews, mentor junior level engineers, component purchasing, business plans, electronic support to the process engineering group and customer contact when required.
