Ensures employee data is correctly entered into the employee record keeping system. Being a Personnel Records Supervisor supervises the collection of employee data and preparation of statistical reports. Requires an associate degree. Additionally, Personnel Records Supervisor typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor in Donalsonville, GA. This is a working lead position so you will be expected to supervise the department while also performing daily maintenance tasks as needed on industrial equipment.
It is a Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm with possible overtime on Friday and Saturdayschedulewith a full benefits package offered!
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in an industrial fabrication setting.
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Fabricate and install new equipment as needed
- Must have CNC experience and be able to troubleshoot and program the machines
- Must have hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical skills
