Position Summary:Perform diversified functions relative to the Administrative Role for the plant. Ensure that all inbound and outbound loads are recorded accurately, schedule outbound loads, resolves issues, timely processing of invoices to vendors and works closely with Plant Manager.Hiring Requirements:

Position Responsibilities- Maintain records for all plant expenses to ensure expenses is recorded properly.
- Code invoices with correct account and cost center.
- Process all invoices through Open Text to ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Research and solve any discrepancies in system regarding invoices or any other issues.
- Ensure bills of lading and other required paperwork are correctly filled out and accompany truck or products
- Assist the scale administrator with any questions on inbound or outbound loads
- Schedule loads to ship out of plant
- Track inventory to ensure what is scheduled can be fulfilled, also will be responsible for reporting month end inventory and completing the waste calculation spreadsheet
- Run various reports as it relates to materials coming into the plant, being shipped out of plant and expenses that are related to plant operations.
- Follow all company policies per Employee Handbook & Code of Conduct.
