    Our ideal candidate has at least two (2) years of progressive performance as an administrator and can demonstrate excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of census development, sound financial performance and survey compliance.

    Responsibilities and Purpose

    • Responsible for overall management of clinical, regulatory, administrative and financial direction of a private pay Assisted Living Memory Care.
    • Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and with accrediting organizations.
    • Maintains knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommends operational changes as needed.

    Requirements

    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
    • Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator credentialed in Oklahoma
