Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy & Learning Academy is seeking a full-time Pediatric Intake Scheduler/Receptionist. We proudly offer speech-language, occupational, physical therapy, and academic services. We have an amazing team culture and are looking for a dynamic team member to join us.

Essential Qualifications: Requirements an individual must meet to be eligible for the position, including knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

• 2 years front office and/or healthcare scheduling experience (preferable)
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding communication and written skills
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Compassion for current and potential clients and their families
