Logistics:

• Located: Beaverton, OR
• Work environment: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite - after 2-4 weeks of training)
• Placement type: 6 month contract to hire

Top Qualifications:

• 5 years of payroll and benefits experience
• Has work with or managed multiple client payrolls and various payroll processes - multiple entities
• Experience researching multi-state payroll compliance and regulations
• Knowledge of different kinds of benefits in the marketplace
• Understanding of what kind of medical, dental, vision, 401k/403b plans that are in the market to advise clients

Description:

• Specialize in reviewing and processing ongoing payroll for firm clients (about 130 clients)
• Reviewing after the fact payroll reports for clients
• Assisting with payroll notices
• Assisting with payroll set-ups
• Specialize in bookkeeping for multiple industries and client sizes (about 45 clients)
• Oversee Form 1096 & 1099 process
• High attention to detail
• Strong aptitude for problem solving, technical work, analytics, and research
• Mentor staff
• Supervise engagements
• Goal-oriented and have a desire to learn
• Professional writing and verbal skills
• Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously
