Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10 years’ experience in Payroll Administration is required
• Manage and Oversees all the payroll procedures for the company including the payroll and timekeeping calculations for accuracy
• Experience working on payrolls for multi-company and multi-state is required
• Staying current on state and federal laws that govern taxation, garnishments, and reporting requirements, etc. is required
• Ability to communicate, raise vital question and anticipate problems
• Ability to collaborate, trouble shoot and resolve issues with payroll team but also other departments
• Continuous improvement in payroll operations
• Manage, coach and develop Payroll Team
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] is required
• Dayforce experience preferred
