Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data.
• Ensures accuracy of production payroll data.
• Investigates and resolves any discrepancies in payroll.
• Prepares weekly reports on production payroll for management.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

• Requirements

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent, with some college or technical school course work; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
• Minimum of three years of job related experience, preferably in payroll, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

SAFETY

• Safety is enforced each day to prevent any accidents.
• Some lifting is required so good lifting techniques must be followed.
