Sales Specialists at 937 Payroll assist our team with consulting with area business owners regarding their human capital management needs.  Our services impact thousands of employees every day.  To keep our community running smoothly, Sales Specialists manage CRM systems, attend networking events, respond to emails, take phone calls, reply to texts, and research technology solutions: we answer questions, offer advice, troubleshoot problems, create proposals, make technology suggestions, respond quickly and put the business we are serving first.  We operate based on a hospitality approach and believe that the client's needs always come first.

As a Sales Specialist, a typical day might include the following:

• Attending a networking event,
• Congratulate a craft brewery owner on opening their new tap room.
• Set an appointment for a first meeting.
  
• Submit a sales proposal for Payroll & HR services.
• Coworking in The Hub at the Dayton Arcade.
• Following up with a Partner at Wright-Patt Credit Union on a member question.
• Updating the CRM system with lead activity.
• Brainstorm growth plans with the 937 Payroll owner.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 3 Years of Related Experience (Preferred)

• $40,000 Base Salary Bonus
