DAY TO DAY AS A payment services specialist

As a Payment Services Specialist at Greenville Federal Credit Union, you will play a critical role in ensuring all ACH and draft transactions are accurately processed within set deadlines.

Your responsibilities will include handling exceptions, outgoing wires, and various forms related to ACH and drafts. You will be tasked with verifying accounts, dealing with non-receipt claims, and collaborating with third-party vendors and the Federal Reserve.

Additionally, your role will involve managing unauthorized items, SWBC payments, ACH originations, and conducting audits.

Utilizing your expertise, you will assist in troubleshooting transactions, processing reports, and detecting fraudulent activities to uphold the highest standards of financial security.
