Being a Paving, Surfacing, and Tamping Equipment Operator is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Paving, Surfacing, and Tamping Equipment Operator performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.     Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Ability to safely operate equipment such as a skid loader, roller, motor grader or paver.
    • Perform daily maintenance inspections on equipment.
    • Perform manual labor and duties at jobsites including rake, broom & use of various other hand tools.
    • Ability to work outside, including adverse weather conditions.
    • Commitment to safety and company goals.  
    • May be required to become a Certified Flagger, training provided.  

    Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License (Preferred)
    • Pre-Employment Drug Screening
    • E-Verify
    • Motor Vehicle Report Record Check
    • Ability to work 55-65 hrs/wk; occasional Saturday
