Some knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in general maintenance and cleaning of streets, lawns, grounds, and Town buildings. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and painting techniques. Basic knowledge of the operation of mowers and string trimmers assisting in grounds maintenance. Ability to operate trucks and equipment skillfully, safely, and according to traffic laws and regulations and in all weather conditions. Ability to operate dump truck for maintenance and with a plow and sander for snow removal. Ability to work long hours outdoors and to withstand exposure to adverse climatic conditions.
Qualifications: Must possess a RI Commercial Driver’s License, CDL-B driver’s license. Must perform manual labor and related work as required. High school diploma or GED.
Salary: $43,347- $53,625
