Patient Registrar, Sr. jobs in Montana

Description: Carroll College, a Catholic liberal arts college located in Helena, Montana is seeking an Associate Registrar. This position is responsible for the hands-on management and coordination of daily operations concerned with registration, class schedules, National Student Clearinghouse enrollment and degree certifications, and course catalog offerings. The Associate Registrar assumes the role of Registrar in many areas in absence of the Registrar, and is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of work study students. The person in this position needs to work collaboratively with other members of the campus community, use technology to develop and deliver new services, think independently, and balance a wide range of competing priorities. With minimal supervision, this person plans and oversees the implementation of ongoing projects within the Registrar’s Office. This role requires short and long-range planning abilities, strong attention to detail, knowledge of a Registrar’s Office best practices, and the ability to adapt to changing regulations and technologies in a fast-paced department.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5 years related work experience, preferably in a Registrar or enrollment management office.
