Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as clinics, administrative offices, conference rooms, parking lots, etc.
· Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems at all locations.
· Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.
· Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs, as needed and/or contacting the proper vendors to resolve any issues that cannot be resolved within the Facilities Maintenance team.
· Ensuring proper security measures for the clinics and administrative office, including collaborating with security system vendors.
· Maintaining day-to-day operations of clinics, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders via Slack or any other forms of communication.
· Preparing the clinics and administrative office for changing weather conditions.
· Make recommendations to improve efficiency and functionality of locations.
· Ensure janitorial task are completed.
· Assist in setup of IT hardware.
· Manage communication from Patient Plus security vendor.
· Handles Security Phone Calls.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Clinics are located in the following Parishes:
East & West Baton Rouge, Ascension & Tangipahoa
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED. Bachelors, or associates degree preferred.
· Mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
· Proficient with repair tools and techniques.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, vendors, etc.
· Great time management, organizational and prioritization abilities.
· Attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills.
