```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance billing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with medical records management, including filing, scanning, and retrieval

```Skills```
- Experience as a medical receptionist preferred
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems, such as E-Clinical Works or Epic
- Strong knowledge of medical scheduling processes and patient service principles
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle a high volume of calls
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
