SUMMARY STATEMENT & PURPOSE:
The clinical appointment scheduler is responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience when answering incoming telephone calls and either scheduling an appointment, routing the call, or taking a message for physicians, management, or staff. The accurate scheduling of appointments is completed in accordance with protocols and insurance guidelines. This position ensures the patient experience is positive and all information provided by and given to the patient during the call is accurate. This position requires the ability to work any shift.

Pay Scale: $17.50 - $26.26 per hour
