Job Description
LaunchTech is currently searching for a Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) Scheduler to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) in Monterey, CA.
This position will be responsible for ensuring schedule adherence, scheduling records, and following the provided DLIFLC testing regulation protocols with the full capacity to schedule up to 8,000 examinees through one year after training.
To successfully fill this position, you must have high attention to detail, currently possess computer skills, and have the ability to pass a DoD background check and obtain a security clearance.

Must be a US Citizen Must be able to pass a DoD background check and obtain a security clearance Must pass all specialized training and obtain a Defense Foreign Language Test Certification Must have excellent customer service and verbal communication skills Effectively communicate with test-takers, test administrators, and other stakeholders to provide information, answer queries, and address concerns Must be able to greet and assist test-takers, providing clear instructions and support throughout the testing process Must be able to implement and enforce test security protocols to safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of assessments Must be able to collaborate with the team to contribute to the test administration procedures Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the testing platform or equipment to minimize disruptions during assessments Computer Applications Experience such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word are required Prior experience with military language testing programs is a huge plus Understanding and experience with military terminology, office procedures, and language is preferred Possess, at minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent
