We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Appointment Scheduler to join our team. As a Patient Appointment Scheduler, you will provide exceptional customer service by scheduling and coordinating medical appointments for patients. You will work closely with medical professionals to ensure that patients receive timely and efficient care.
The typical schedule for the Patient Appointment Scheduler is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and the pay range is between $15/hr-$20/hr. Specific offer amounts are based on relevant work experience.

We are searching for a candidate who:
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year experience in the healthcare field, as well as heavy telephone usage and strong customer service experience/focus. Familiarity with healthcare privacy laws is preferred, and bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Internet software, electronic medical records and practice management software. Organizational skills with attention to detail is required.
