Job Description: Appointment Scheduler-Bilingual

Reports To: Front Office Manager

• Greets all patients and visitors in a friendly manner, and treats them with respect.
• Provides continuous flow of information for patients, doctors, and all staff members.
• Answers all incoming calls; including giving patients accurate information they request and scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. Updates patient demographics while scheduling all appointments.
• Works with direct supervisor and technical director to resolve any scheduling conflicts.
• Reports all Facilities issues/problems to direct supervisor.
• Serves as a back-up to team members needing/requesting assistance
• Keeps all work areas organized, and free of clutter.
• Demonstrates a friendly and courteous attitude at all times (to patients, doctors, team leaders, and employees).
• Willing and open to recommended change.
• Communicates with direct supervisor ideas for change that would improve patient care, product/services offered, and office operations.
• All other duties as assigned.
