Patient Appointment Scheduler jobs in California

The Appointment Scheduler uses their courteous phone manner and positive attitude to increase business opportunities. This is a full time time position.

Required duties include:

• Inbound calls and follow-up calls with a commitment to increase our existing customer's service satisfaction
• Address customer concerns and escalate them as needed
• Reschedule no-show customer appointments
• Update customer information in database
• Respond to customer website requests
• Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled
• Assist with other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior experience handling customer inquiries by phone
• Professional work ethic and appearance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast paced work environment
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
