The Treatment Coordinators are responsible for maintaining the doctors’ schedules in a balanced, customer service-oriented way. They manage the schedule to meet the providers’ and the practice’s production, efficiency, and collection goals. They foster relationships with patients and sets the tone that patient care comes first. They promote the practice through a trustworthy, sensitive, and considerate approach to patient needs.
A fundamental responsibility of all employees is to genuinely care about our patients, our employees and teams, and our community. Dental office experience is a must for this role. The ideal candidate would be someone who has previous dental office experience, is a quick learner, can multi task and is interested in working 35-40 hours per week. We pride ourselves on being open for our patients on Saturday and we do expect an occasional Saturday (be part of the team rotation) and work until 7 one evening a week.
