Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to patient emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Must be able to handle 100-200 calls per day .

- Must have Healthcare/ medical knowledge .
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with patients or provide updates on their inquiries
- Communicate effectively with patients, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers by providing bilingual support when needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of patients interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Fluent in both English and Spanish languages is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
