The primary factor in filling this position will be portable business. We're not looking for someone with a full book of business, as that wouldn't help us to get the work done that we already have. Rather, we're looking for someone with a small amount of portable business -- more explanation -- we really don't care too about the portables, but we REALLY care about what it means that you HAVE PORTABLES. Put simply, portable clients are the absolute best indicators of good client service and quality work product, if you can get a client and keep them, then you likely know what you're doing! So some amount of portable business, even a small amount, is required to apply for this position.

ME, EE, CS, or Physics Degree
Software patent experience and proficiency
USPTO - registered
7 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
