Job Description:
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on making someone else's life easier? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal/Business Assistant. As the Agent's Assistant, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of tasks to streamline the day-to-day operations and ensure our agent's quality of life is optimized.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll and ensure timely payments
- Handle bill payments and financial administrative tasks
- Perform Personal Financial Administration (PFA) tasks
- Enter charges and categorize expenses for tax purposes
- Coordinate with the nanny to provide weekly schedules
- Schedule appointments for the agent's children, including therapy sessions, hair appointments, nail appointments (for the agent and their daughters), and doctor appointments
- Organize and schedule one-on-one time between the agent and each child on a monthly basis
- Handle Amazon returns and manage any other necessary errands
- Serve as a point of contact and meet people at the agent's residence when required
- Proven experience in a personal or business assistant role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using technology and various software applications
- Ability to work independently and remotely
