We are searching for an International Patent Specialist for our law firm client. There are a number of office from which you could work for this role, including the following cities: San Diego, New York, Chicago, Palo Alto, Washington DC, Boston, Denver, Seattle, and Reston. The International Patent Specialist provides full support to the patent attorneys, agents and clients in filing and maintaining international and foreign national applications and patents. This position will act as a coordinator in patent prosecution matters, monitor patent due dates, as well as prepare and file patent applications.

Some of the basic requirements include the following:
*Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
*Minimum of 2 years of relevant patent prosecution experience.
*Experience researching Ip statuses and history in PTO databases.
* Possess working knowledge of the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (MPEP) and the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
