REQUIREMENTS

Admission to practice before the USPTO required. Qualified candidates will have at least a Master’s degree and preferably a PhD in Organic Chemistry.

The individual will handle a variety of patent projects, including drafting, prosecution, post-grant proceedings, opinions, and due diligence.
