The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in biotechnology and a thorough understanding of patent law. The primary responsibility will be to assist in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting prior art searches, and providing technical expertise in patent matters related to biotechnology. The Biotechnology Patent Agent will work closely with inventors, attorneys, and other stakeholders to secure intellectual property rights for innovative biotechnological inventions.
