You will prepare, develop, and create delicious desserts for our restaurant Kahill’s Chophouse, and for our banquet events at our hotel following standards set by our executive chef and the food and beverage director. You will meet with customers to discuss details and planning of custom-made desserts for special occasions such as weddings and holidays. Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations. Develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends. You will oversee the entire pastry and baked goods: ordering, handling – kitchen receiving, storage, rotation, utilization, preparation, and development of food related standards and procedures.
