WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:
The Home Care Director is responsible for assessing the quality of care delivered to residents based upon established standard of care. You will develop and build a dynamic team dedicated to providing the highest level of client care and customer service. You will have overall responsibility for all home care staff.
As Home Care Director, you will develop the client accounts, managing all elements of sales, commercial, and technical relationships with the customer. You will evaluate competitor activities, including pricing, products, strategies, assist in the gathering and assessment of market intelligence such as end-use market, competitive and customer information for strategy development. You will be responsible for the Marketing and Business Development for home care program.
As Home Care Director, you will assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will utilize relevant software tools, including medical databases and scheduling software.
THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in health-related field
- Experience: Seven (7) years experience managing and mentoring development teams
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with staff members, and family members. Interpersonal awareness
