Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards for skilled nursing facilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and manage quality improvement initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems, Point Click Care (PCC)
